Ethan is the founder of Maxwell Dunn Law. He has successfully helped dozen of small businesses and fix challenging financial circumstances so they can continue to survive and thrive. Ethan's unique approach to law helps entrepreneurs through entire business life cycle from startup or purchase to merger or sale.
Alex helps many businesses in Michigan resolve disputes with their vendors without the use of litigation or bankruptcy. A skilled litigator with trial and appellate experience, Alex is most proud of his ability to efficiently and quickly resolve business disputes informally. This creates the greatest value for his clients.
Brenda practiced law for more than 50 years in Michigan and Washington D.C. She maintains an “AV” rating with the Martindale-Hubbell rating service, which is the highest possible attorney rating. Brenda completed her undergraduate degree at Michigan State University on a Math Scholarship. Brenda also completed a Master’s Degree at Michigan State University in Ed/Psych Research and afterward attended Wayne State University for law school. Brenda retired from full-time legal work in 2017 and now serves as an advisor to the firm.
