I don’t think my business needs to file a bankruptcy, but I know we need help. What options do we have?

For a company that thinks they may have some issues but they really have done an analysis, a thorough analysis, and have a good sense that they don’t necessarily need to file a bankruptcy they may, number one, want to consider other options for dealing with those issues that are making them a little uncomfortable. What I recommend is that a business owner, under those circumstances engage someone as a business advisory specialist, someone who’s able to come into their company and do an analysis for them, to do what we like to do a legal audit from the top down to help that business owner understand where their numbers may be off, to understand where the issues might truly be coming from because oftentimes business owners aren’t necessarily aware of what’s causing the problem they simply know that the problem is there. Having a great person to sit down with you to advise you and to do the analysis with you is what’s most important when you end up in that situation.
